Equity Release Services

We aim:

• to grow stable income from administering equity release plans
• to earn fee income from advice
• to earn fees from arranging plans for the group and third parties

Investments

We will grow our portfolio of equity release assets by:

• regular investment in new home reversion plans arranged through Home & Capital
• acquiring portfolios in the secondary market

using gearing to enhance investment returns.

We will balance risk by:

• seeking a broad geographical spread to minimise exposure to market cycles
• balancing age profile to sustain cash flow
